Media Coordinator

Position Summary

Entry level position that supports the agency’s media team and is responsible for the day-to-day stewardship of assigned accounts. The Media Coordinator is responsible for the tactical implementation of media plans, as well as program stewardship including vendor invoice reconciliation and campaign performance reporting. The person who holds this position is expected to have a passion for learning and a desire to develop the necessary skills to grow into a media planner position over time.

Primary Focus

Support media planner(s), AMD, and Media Director in the implementation and stewardship of high quality media programs


  • Collect and review creative materials specifications and deadlines in advance to ensure assets are available and ready on time
  • Issue insertion orders and other media buy related contracts
  • Manage delivery of creative materials via email, asset portals and 3rd party digital ad serving platforms
  • Assist with campaign performance reporting
  • Create and maintain media related documents such as timelines, plans, contracts, client memos, contact reports, etc. that are used for internal and external communication purposes
  • Compile and maintain research data and media/market information
  • Actively participate in client and vendor billing, collaborating with account and finance teams
