Account Coordinator

Position Summary

The Account Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and supporting an efficient working environment for the accounts to which they are assigned. The AC will keep communication channels clear and open among members of the assigned account group, as well as other departments within the agency. The AC will also monitor the workflow within the team to ensure work in progress is completed in a timely and efficient manner. The Account Coordinator works under the direction of AD, AS, or AM to learn strategy, support in presentations and account management skills.

Primary Focus

Support account team in the implementation of PM services and deliverables.


  • Complete all job opening and closing tasks in eSilent Partner, Hive and on the PM server
  • Assign resources to tasks and maintain schedules for client work
  • Assist AM/AS in the development of project estimates
  • Route client feedback and revisions to creative teams in accordance with established workflows and check work for accuracy and completeness
  • Assist with monthly invoicing and budget tracking
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with assigned client contacts
  • Assist in the maintenance of media/social plans and delivery of assets to teams
  • Other duties as assigned by account team leads
